"Nice site, but shipping info could be clearer"
The website looks nice, and checking out was mostly easy. I did get a little frustrated though, I was trying to find clear shipping info before paying, and it took more guessing than I expected. A couple pages were also kind of slow on my phone, which didn’t help. That said, my order confirmation came through right away, so that part was smooth. Overall, not a bad experience… I just wish the ordering process felt a little more straightforward

"Arrived Faster Than I Thought"
I expected the delivery to take a bit longer, but my order showed up much quicker than I had in mind. The tracking was simple to follow, and everything arrived without any hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with how smooth and fast the whole process was.

"At first, I thought this was going…"
At first, I thought this was going to work out fine, but after about two weeks it started squeaking. For me, that makes it feel like the quality just isn’t quite there, especially since I expected it to last longer before having any issues.

"I still like the idea of using more..."
I still like the idea of using more wood and less plastic, but it used to feel a bit better overall. The product itself is nice, but the shipping packaging felt kind of wasteful, which took away from the eco-friendly vibe for me.

I was definitely hesitant at first because it’s not exactly cheap, and I’m usually careful about spending that much on something I haven’t tried in person. But the bed ended up feeling really sturdy, and the look is simple and clean. Setup was easy too, which was a relief—no tools, no confusing parts, nothing that made me worry I’d mess it up. After having it for a while, I feel a lot better about the price. It seems like a solid purchase, and I’d buy it again.

"I got the Thuma bed a few..."
I got the Thuma bed a few months back after seeing a bunch of good things about it, and it’s been exactly what I expected in the best way. It still feels really sturdy, the wood looks great in person, and I haven’t noticed any squeaking at all. I already had a feeling it was going to be a solid buy, and every time I use it I feel like I was right. Overall, really happy with it

I really like the design. It’s simple, but not boring, actually, it looks really nice in my room. It isn’t bulky at all, just clean and calm, which is pretty much exactly my style.

"Solid bed, thankfully no extra hassle"
I got my thuma bed a few weeks ago, the wood feels really solid. I’ve been worn out from dealing with furniture shopping and customer service stuff lately, so I was relieved this didn’t feel like another disappointment. No cheap veneer vibe, no weird chemical smell, just smooth, sturdy pieces that feel well made. The finish looks clean but still natural, which is exactly what I wanted. Everything was heavier than I expected, but in a good way. Overall, I’m happy with the materials.

"Fit my space exactly how I hoped"
I ordered from thuma and was a little nervous about whether the size would work in my room. Based on the measurements on the site, I had a specific spot in mind, and thankfully everything showed up exactly as listed, even the height and spacing. It fit right where I planned without any awkward surprises, which made the whole setup feel so much easier. For me, that accuracy made a big difference. Definitely 5 stars...

"Easy Setup, Just Bad Timing on My Part"
I got the bed set up quickly, and it was way easier than I thought it would be. No weird tools, no confusing steps, everything just lined up and fit like it was supposed to. The only issue was my own bad timing because I started putting it together way later in the day than I should’ve, so I was already tired. But the setup itself was smooth.

I was a little nervous the wood tone might look different once it was actually in my room, since that kind of thing usually varies a lot in photos. But based on the pictures on thuma, I figured it would probably be close, and it really was. The color matched what I had in mind, not too orange and not too dark. Setup was easy, too, but the best part for me was that the color was accurate. It made picking bedding and other room stuff so much less stressful. Overall, really happy with it.

"Warranty came through, just not super fast"
I had a problem with my bed frame and ended up reaching out to the warranty team. To their credit, they did replace the part, so it worked out in the end. The only frustrating part was the waiting, I had to check in a couple of times before things really moved along. They’d reply with stuff like, “we’re looking into it” or “we’ll get that processed soon,” but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just a little slower and less smooth than I was hoping for.
